Studio Monitor Rebuild

Several weeks ago, I purchased some new woofers for my studio monitors.  The ones that were in the monitors were old Bose 6.5" woofers.  Honestly, I never liked the way they sounded.

My brother had purchased a speaker kit that he had been talking about for quite a while.  He would update me on the process of choosing and building the speakers.  I didn't feel that I could spring for the kit so I thought I could try to improve the ones I already had.  I got to doing a little research and decided that I would Purchase the same woofers that were in my brothers kit.

Although they improved the sound dramatically, I'm still not satisfied with e the sound quality.  Here's what they looked like:

So, After doing more research, I decided that I would build some new enclosures that match the recommended volume for the new woofers.  The following is a picture story of the build so far...
