TV Antenna

Yesterday I ditched Cable TV.  They raised the price one too many times.  At close to $180 a month for phone, internet and TV I honestly can't see how it's worth it.  We all have cell phones and with Digital HD local channels over the air for free and streaming media over the internet, there's no need.

Problem:  I came home to find that there was absolutely no reception on the TV.  I asked my wife if I could go out and get an antenna.  She tells me that we really shouldn't spend the money right now.  So I think to myself, okay, I'll make one with some stuff laying around in the basement.

Solution:
Here's what I built.

Now we get 37 Local channels.  That's what I'm talkin' about!

Hulu, MagicJack, Over the air digital TV...  I'm set.  The bill went down $120 a month!
